By using our product, you agree to this Usage Policy and acknowledge that the rules mentioned below are mandatory and must be followed. Please read them carefully.

1. Legitimate interest (GDPR)

If you are prospecting to EU customers, you will need to ensure that you comply with GDPR practices. relies on the legitimate interest precedent as an appropriate legal basis under the applicable Data Protection Laws to provide Business Data to its customers.

For EU prospects, customers may use the Business Data for the sending of direct business to business marketing communications provided they do so in accordance with the applicable laws. 2. Clear communication in each email

You will state the nature of your email and will not mislead email recipients on the reason for your communication. You will clearly identify who you and your company are.

3. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

Make sure that your all your email campaigns comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Before sending any email or sequence through, understand CAN-SPAM Act or any similar regulation that might be available in the country of residents of your contacts.

4. Opt Out Links

By using, you agree to include an opt-out link when sending cold email has an @unsubscribe option which enables you to add this to each email sent.

5. No Generic Emails

We strongly suggest not sending generic emails that are not specific to email recipients. For best outreach, we suggest avoiding generic emails such as info@.

6. Email Attachments

Whilst you can add attachments to your emails, we strongly recommend minimizing doing so, in order to avoid hitting spam folders.

7. Formatting is for personalized email, at scale. We strongly recommend avoiding sending HTML rich emails and instead use for personalized emails, in scale.

This Usage Policy is obligatory for all Product users and not adhering to these rules may conflict with your continued use of
